W's story began in 2007 with founders Gareth Jenkins and wife Michelle, a former Pilates teacher and model. Coming from a distinguished career in Sports & Fitness, they realised that both mental and physical wellbeing were missing from the modelling industry. There was little focus on the model as a person and recognising and harnessing their unique skills and attributes in bringing them to the fore.
The agency quickly became the number one destination for a host of incredible talent with various World & Olympic sporting champions, dancers, stunt performers, fitness and medical professionals as well as models who were committed to their own general wellbeing through exercise, meditation and nutrition.
Over 15 years later, W Mgmt remains the premier agency in the wellness field but has evolved to celebrate unique talent with the fashion and creative industries. W Mgmt aims to empower them with a platform to express themselves. Our team of 20+ talent agents and managers nurture their talent, giving them the confidence and mentorship to help them succeed whilst staying true to themselves.
W is now one of the biggest and most well respected agencies in London, and we remain committed to the values we started with - supporting progression, diversity and maintaining strong relationships with amazing talent and extensive clientele across the globe.

As of 2024, we have moved into a space on Charlotte Road to accommodate our growing team and roster - where we enjoy meeting rooms, roof terraces and space to meet talent, get creative, and enjoy the views across the city landscape.
Our previous office space at Curtain Road has been retained and renovated into a W Space - a double floor studio and creative space for our talent and clients to work on projects, create content or use as a PR/event space.
